فرع اور عتیرہ کے متعلق

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ زُرَارَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذٌ وَهُوَ ابْنُ مُعَاذٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو رَمْلَةَ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا مِخْنَفُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ قَالَ بَيْنَا نَحْنُ وُقُوفٌ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِعَرَفَةَ فَقَالَ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّ عَلَی أَهْلِ بَيْتٍ فِي کُلِّ عَامٍ أَضْحَاةً وَعَتِيرَةً قَالَ مُعَاذٌ کَانَ ابْنُ عَوْنٍ يَعْتِرُ أَبْصَرَتْهُ عَيْنِي فِي رَجَبٍ
عمرو بن زرارة، معاذ، ابن معاذ، ابن عون، ابورملة، مخنف بن سلیم سے روایت ہے کہ ہم لوگ رسول کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے ساتھ عرفات میں تھے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا اے لوگو ہر ایک گھر کے لوگوں پر ہر سال قربانی ہے (یعنی دسویں ذی الحجہ کو) اور ان کے ذمہ ایک عتیرہ ہے حضرت عطاء نے فرمایا کہ ابی عون عتیرہ کرتے تھے ماہ رجب میں یہ بات میں نے اپنی آنکھ سے دیکھی ہے۔
It was narrated that Yahya — bin Zurarah bin KarIm bin Al-Harith bin ‘Amr Al-Bahill — said: “I heard my father say, that he heard his grandfather Al-Harith bin ‘Amr, narrate that he met the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم during the Farewell Pilgrimage, when he was atop his slit-eared camel. (He said): ‘I said: Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم, May my father and mother be ransomed for you; pray for forgiveness for me. He said: May Allah forgive you (plural). Then I came to him from the other side, hoping that he would supplicate just for me alone, and not them. I said: Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم, pray for forgiveness for me. He said: May Allah forgive you (plural). Then a man among the people said: O Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم, (what about) the ‘Atirah and Fara’? He said: Whoever wishes to offer an ‘Atirah may do so, and whoever does not wish to, may not. Whoever wishes to offer a Fara ‘ may do so, and whoever does not wish to, may not. And with regard to sheep, a sacrifice should be offered. And he clasped between his fingers except for one.” (Hasan)
