جنت اور دوزخ کی صفت کا بیان، ابوسعید نے کہا آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا جنتی سب سے پہلے کھا نا جو کھائیں گے وہ مچھلی کی کلیجی ہوگی ۔ عدن کے معنی ہیں ہمیشہ رہنا، عدنت بارض کے معنی ہیں مکین نے اس زمین میں قیام کیا، مقعد صدق میں، معدن اسی سے ماخوذہے، یعنی سچائی پیدا ہونے کی جگہ ۔

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ أُمَّ حَارِثَةَ أَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَدْ هَلَکَ حَارِثَةُ يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ أَصَابَهُ غَرْبُ سَهْمٍ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَدْ عَلِمْتَ مَوْقِعَ حَارِثَةَ مِنْ قَلْبِي فَإِنْ کَانَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ لَمْ أَبْکِ عَلَيْهِ وَإِلَّا سَوْفَ تَرَی مَا أَصْنَعُ فَقَالَ لَهَا هَبِلْتِ أَجَنَّةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ هِيَ إِنَّهَا جِنَانٌ کَثِيرَةٌ وَإِنَّهُ فِي الْفِرْدَوْسِ الْأَعْلَی
قتیبہ، اسماعیل بن جعفر، حمید، حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کرتے ہیں انہوں نے بیان کیا کہ حضرت حارثہ کی والدہ نبی کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئیں اور حضرت حارثہ جنگ میں ایک تیر سے شہید ہوگئے انہوں نے عرض کیا کہ رسول اللہ آپ حارثہ کا مقام میرے دل میں جانتے ہیں اگر وہ جنت میں ہوگا تو میں اس پر نہ روؤں گی ورنہ عنقریب آپ دیکھیں گے کہ میں کیا کرتی ہوں آپ نے فرمایا کہ احمق کیا جنت ایک ہی ہے؟ جنتیں تو بہت سی ہیں وہ فردوس اعلی میں ہوگا۔
Narrated Anas:
Um (the mother of) Haritha came to Allah's Apostle after Haritha had been martyred on the Day (of the battle) of Badr by an arrow thrown by an unknown person. She said, "O Allah's Apostle! You know the position of Haritha in my heart (i.e. how dear to me he was), so if he is in Paradise, I will not weep for him, or otherwise, you will see what I will do." The Prophet said, "Are you mad? Is there only one Paradise? There are many Paradises, and he is in the highest Paradise of Firdaus." The Prophet added, "A forenoon journey or an after noon journey in Allah's Cause is better than the whole world and whatever is in it; and a place equal to an arrow bow of anyone of you, or a place equal to a foot in Paradise is better than the whole world and whatever is in it; and if one of the women of Paradise looked at the earth, she would fill the whole space between them (the earth and the heaven) with light, and would fill whatever is in between them, with perfume, and the veil of her face is better than the whole world and whatever is in it."
