جو لوگ شراب کا جواز ثابت کرتے ہیں ان کی دلیل حضرت عبدالملک بن نافع والی حضرت ابن عمر سے مروی حدیث بھی ہے
راوی: قتیبہ , ابوعوانة , زید بن جبیر نے فرمایا میں نے عبداللہ بن عمر
أَخْبَرَنَا سُوَيْدٌ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ الْمُسْکِرُ قَلِيلُهُ وَکَثِيرُهُ حَرَامٌ
سوید، عبداللہ، سلیمان تیمی، محمد بن سیرین، ابن عمر نے فرمایا میں نے عبداللہ بن عمر سے پوچھا تو انہوں نے فرمایا جو مشروب نشہ کرے اس سے بچو۔
It was narrated that Ibn ‘Umar said: “The Messenger af Allah said: ‘Every intoxicant is unlawful and every intoxicant is Khamr.” (Hasan) Abu ‘Abdur-Rahman (An-Nasa’i) said: These people (narrators) are the people who are confirmed, and trustworthy and well-known for their correctness in reporting. And ‘Abdul-Malik does not hold the status of any one of them even if a group of the likes of him aided him. And with Allah is the facilitation to what is right.
